Egg Masala

Ingredients :

1. Boiled eggs - 2
2. Onion : 2 (Big)
3. Ginger + Garlic paste - 1.5 tsp
4. Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
6. Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
7. Salt to taste
8. Oil - 4-5 tsp

Preparation :

1. Heat a pan with 3 tsp of oil, add finely cut onion, saute it well.
2. Add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and fry until it all gets brown, between add the remaining oil.
3. Cut the egg into small pieces (center by one, cross by 3) mix with this masala, fry it for 3-4 mins and remove it from heat.

You can use this for Chapati, Bread and can mix with white rice
