Egg Fry

Ingredients :

1. Boiled Egg - 2
2. Pepper powder : 1 tsp
3. Chilli powder : 1/4 tsp
4. Turmeric Powder : 1/4 tsp
5. Salt to taste
6. Oil - 4-5 tsp

Preparation :

1. Mix all the powder + salt with 1-2 tsp of water
2. Cut the egg into two pieces, apply this paste on the egg.  
3. Heat the 2 tsp oil in a pan, layer the eggs. If required , use balance oil. Fry on both sides.

It is a good combination of Rasam & Onion Sambar Rice.
