Vegetable Pulav

Ingredients : Rice -1 cup (for 2 persons) Beans - 4 Carrot - 1 Medium Peas - Handful Tomato - 1 Medium Onion - 1 big Ginger + Garlic paste - 1 tbs Fennel seeds -1/2 tbs Clove 2  Star anise - little Cinnamon - Little Bay  leaves - 1/2 leave  Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbs Green chilli -1 Salt - to taste Oil  to fry Ghee - One tbs Preparation :- 1. Cut carrot, beans into small pieces 2. Cut Tomato into medium size.  3. Cut onion into small pieces. 4. Heat oil + ghee in a pan, add Fennel seeds, Clove,Star anise ,Cinnamon, Bay leaves and fry this. 5. Then add ginger garlic paste, fry it.  6. Then add onions fry till it change into little brown.  7. Add all the vegetables, green chilli, Tomatos and fry for sometime. 8. Pour 2 1/4 cup of water, add turmeric powder and salt. Mix it well.  9. Close the Pan and leave it for 5-7 mins. Between open once and mix it. 10. Check in 2 mins, if rice cooked well. Switch off and close the pan, keep it in heat for 3-4  mins. Then serve with onion raitha or eg
